Flexible Rental Options

Apartments are rented monthly or in 3, 6, 9 or 12 month leases. Rents do vary according to the time period you are renting and also by apartment type. You will be given a due date for your rental fee and rents are due at the office. There is a $25 fee for late rental payments. Each rental requires a deposit to secure and guarantee occupancy. Unless otherwise stated deposits for rentals are refunded within 5 business days after vacating an apartment provided the apartment is left in the same condition as it was upon move in. Cleaning fees, damages or missing items will be deducted from deposits. Deposits are not refunded if you cancel your stay, or if you do not fulfill the terms of the lease time. If you have any questions about these policies please be sure to inquire.

Due to our flexible rental options, apartments may not always be available to show in person. We do not show occupied apartments. Apartment availability changes monthly, please keep this in mind when inquiring about rentals. We do not guarantee specific apartment numbers, only the type of units.

Corporate Rental Program

Perfect for corporations or businesses that need to be in the area often for business or leisure. Our units are all fully furnished and include all bedding, towels and linens. We offer full housekeeping services and will take care of cleaning the units upon departure and prepping the units for arrivals. Our onsite office will also take care of issuing keys to employees or residents. Please inquire for further information and rental rates.
